Dare to Care As A Global Community

As a lifestyle coach and therapist, I am a long-time member of an international community that believes healing on a macro level is vital to the maintenance and development of ourselves as a species and as a culture. Individually, we need to begin first with the self before we can change groups of people.

Here’s a few ways to think about it:

● If we support ourselves in maintaining healthy habits such as mental and physical fitness, adequate restoration and mutually beneficial relationships we in turn create more positive regard for other people’s wellbeing.

● If we demonstrate individual self-worth and value in our life’s work, we can subsequently influence other people to be more confident and create meaningful work in their lives.

● If by feeling healthier and happier with who we are and what we do we respectively take better care of our environments and can reflect more respect for our world.

None of us can transform an entire world on our own, but we can change outcomes when we work together. I’m curious to know what are you willing to disrupt in your life so that more of us can benefit from who you are and the special things you do? Post in the comments section below. Our Village wants to hear from you!

*This blog is about becoming free. It’s a reflection of introspective thoughts and experiences that have crossed miles of self-discovery. I created this blog to inspire others to live life with less self-criticism, judgment and openness to new experiences. May you find that you learn how to live a life by design and on your own terms!*
