MINDFUL WAKING MANTRA: I am conscious of my thinking. I am conscious of my language. I am conscious of my emotions. I am conscious of my mood. I am conscious of my intentions. I am conscious of my interactions. I am conscious of how I feel about my interactions. I am conscious of what I think about my interactions. I am conscious of my behaviors. I am conscious of my environment. I am conscious of how I use space. I am conscious of myself in space and time. I am conscious of sounds around me. I am conscious of the atmosphere. I radically accept what is and observe each part of my awareness as it changes, without force or coercion, rejection or repression or denial. I am awake to my full self today; body, mind and spirit!
