Hey there Village! I hope you’re faring well during another season where summer ends and fall soon begins. It’s been quite a summer hasn’t it?

My team and I took some time away from blogging and posting so we could focus on our health and well-being. But, now we’re back with a few cool tools, made with love, just for your lifestyle transformation journey. But, before I get into that I want to share with you a few updates. The first update is this month we’re moving from a weekly blog model to a bi-weekly model for releasing the blog. Look, we completely understand what it’s like in these days and times to mentally keep up with all the things that are going on inside and outside of our inboxes. So, we thought it was best to drop a newsletter into your box twice a month versus every week, because frankly, I could use the break, too!
The other update is the one I’m most excited to share with you and that is that the next 5 blogs will be all about helping you mindfully profess and proclaim the areas of your life that you want to enhance, grow, rescind, or reassign. How about that, huh?!
I hope you will enjoy this new series which is all about EGRR- enhance, grow, rescind, or reassign. For the next few months, I will share a worksheet in the blog that you can download and use for your personal or professional growth.
I hear so many times a week how much a mentor or coach could really help folks reach their goals and dreams sooner, so this is my way of saying, “thank you” for sticking with me through the growth, the changes, and time away as we move into a season of loving life more fully! Are you ready?
Click your 1st worksheet here. This one is all about your fiscal development and my hope is that it gets some sensations and perceptions percolating about what you’ve been doing with your moolah. And be sure to let me know what you thought about your new EGRR tools once you start using them! 😊.
*BONUS– Just because you all are so amazing to me, I have a bonus I’d like to key you into. A few months ago I had the pleasure of interviewing financial wealth coach, therapist, and transformer, @jacent who discussed with me a strategy she used to pay off $94k in credit card debt in 3 years. She also shares the skills and expertise on her social media that she uses with clients to also drastically transform their mindset and financial fitness plans. Check out our interview @blackpeopleheal on YouTube here: Episode 3 “Financial Wealth is Mental Health with Jacent Wamala“.
As always, Village, tell a friend to tell 5 friends to join us over here at the blog. We’ve got a lot to offer!
Until next time Village,
Asha…

*This blog is about becoming free. It’s a reflection of introspective thoughts and experiences that have crossed miles of self-discovery. I created this blog to inspire others to live life with less self-criticism, judgment and openness to new experiences. May you find that you learn how to live a life by design and on your own terms!*
