MINDFUL MENTAL HEALTH MANTRA: My thinking is free of clutter and negativity. My thoughts are rational and reflect sensible ideas. I express thoughtful meaning behind my words when I speak. My mind is one of the most valuable components of my whole health. I support my mental health with patience and intentionality.
