MINDFUL EATING MANTRA: My approach to food is intentional. Food has a reasonable purpose in my life. Food gives me energy so that I can be physically present to my life, my responsibilities and my aspirations. I use food to show my body that I care about it and that I want it to work properly. I eat what is good for my physical health. Food is my source of nourishment.
